How to make chocolate cupcakes


Chocolate Cupcake

4 pieces of semi-sweet cooking chocolate squares
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups flour (divided into two parts)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup water

TEMPERATURE OVEN COOKING TIME ~ 350 ° ~ 19 to 21 Min.
PAN TYPE ~ 12 tin muffin pan

HOW:
1) Preheat oven
2) Enter cooking chocolate and butter in a bowl and heat in microwave oven for 2 minutes (temperature HIGH) or until butter is melted.
3) Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
4) Add sugar and vanilla. Stir well.
5) Add the eggs, one at a time. Beat with electric mixer at slow speed each time until well blended.
6) Add 1/4 cup flour and baking soda. Stir well.
7) Enter the remaining flour alternately with water. Beat with flat every time.
8) Put into cupcake cups in the pan.

Cook until a wooden toothpick inserted in center of cake come out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes in the pan. Remove and cool on a wire rack about.
Decorate with icing when cool.
